How do I place an order?

How much does shipping cost?
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders more than ZAR700.
- Domestic shipping is ZAR70 for deliveries within Gauteng and ZAR90 for deliveries outside of Gauteng.
- We use the Courier Guy delivery for all deliveries, however, we may from time to time make use of other courier companies.

Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship internationally.
- International shipping is calculated by our courier and will be determined based on your location.
- Please note that various import duties and taxes may be incurred on delivery to your location.

When will I get my order?
- Delivery is usually within 3 to 7 working days for local orders (depending if stock is on hand or made-to-order), and 10 to 14 working days for international.
- Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing.
- There may be shipping delays during public holidays and busy periods. Please bear with us, as we try to get your order to you as soon as possible.
- You will be constantly updated on the status of your order via email or SMS, and a tracking number will be shared with you as soon as your package leaves us.
It doesn't fit... what do I do?
You can return items bought within 7days of purchasing. Please contact info@layaa.co.za to process your return.
How do I track my order?
- Once your package has been collected by the courier company, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. You will then be able to track your package on the courier tracking site.
- If you have not yet received your tracking number, please send an email to info@layaa.co.za
What delivery address can I use?
All shipping must be to a business or residential address. Please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes.
Paying for my order
Payment options provided on our website are safe and secure. Order payments are processed through Payfast and manually by making an EFT.
Can I cancel my order?
- For any order cancellations or changes, please contact info@layaa.co.za
- We do not guarantee a change or cancelation can be made following order confirmation due to the stage of package processing and delivery.
- Once an order has been paid for it is immediately sent to the warehouse where it is packed for delivery. Therefore, we cannot cancel orders that are being processed.
- If it so happens that the order has not been processed yet, we will be able to assist with the cancellation.
- kindly note that the transaction fee paid to Payfast will not be refunded. Transaction fee amounts vary depending on transaction amount.
What size do I order?
Please refer to our size guide when making a purchase. You are welcome to reach out to us on info@layaa.co.za if you are unsure about what size to get or have any sizing questions.
Where are your products made?
All our clothing is proudly made in South Africa :)

How long does a refund take to process?
After processing, the refund will take 5 - 10 business days to reach your bank account. If more than seven business days have passed, please contact us and we will attend to your issue right away. info@layaa.co.za
