Returns and Exchanges

At Layaa®, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

1. Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition: Items must be:
  • In their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • With all original tags attached.
  • In the original packaging (e.g., branded garment bags).
3. Exclusions:
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process:

1. Contact Us:
Email us at returns@layaa.co.za within the 7-day return period. Please include:

    • Your order number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
    • The reason for the return.

2. Await Confirmation:
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send detailed instructions, including the return address and next steps.

3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Processing Your Return or Exchange

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions.

1. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.

2. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed as store credit only (except for defective items).
    • Store credit will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days of receiving and approving your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Sale items.
  2. Items not in their original condition (damaged, washed, worn, or missing tags).
  3. Gift cards or store credits.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at returns@layaa.co.za immediately with photos and details. We will provide instructions for a return at no additional cost.

Additional Notes

  1. Layaa® is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  2. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
